What is SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits?

SFEC is a government-provided credit that eligible Singapore businesses use to offset approved training costs on top of existing course subsidies. It's designed to encourage employers to invest in workforce development.

How much can my business claim?

Eligible businesses receive S$10,000 in SFEC credits. Stacked with existing SkillsFuture subsidies, training costs can be reduced by up to 90% of the course fee.

Can I just train part of my team?

Yes. Training is staged by role, priority gap, or department. We partner with one of Singapore's largest training institute that designs the sequence so operations aren't disrupted and investment is timed to your growth stage.

What if the courses don't fix the problem?

That's what we are here for, by conducting a proper skills gap analysis, we don't recommend training without first identifying the specific capability gap it's designed to close. Wrong courses produce poor ROI which is why we diagnose before we prescribe.
